I’m Emily: Minnesota-native, chocolate lover and future dietitian. Here at The Balanced Table you can discover some of my favorite simple and delicious recipes. You will find that my philosophy surrounding wellness is pretty simple and focuses predominantly on balance and moderation (what a surprise); I believe that all foods can and do fit in a healthy diet; ice cream, doughnuts, bread, chocolate, you name it!
